How Do I Sign Up For The Customer Information Manager (CIM) Service?

To enabled more advanced information regarding recurring profiles stored in RaiseDonors, we encourage you to enable the CIM in Authorize.net. This is a free service to enable in your account. 

To sign up for the Customer Information Manager (CIM) service:

  1. Log into your Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net.
  2. Click Customer Information Manager in the main left side menu.
  3. Click Sign up for Customer Information Manager (CIM) Now.
  4. Click the checkbox labeled I have read and understand the Terms of Service.
  5. Click I Agree.

This will allow RaiseDonors to collect more detailed information and also grab real-time up to date information.
