Every time a donation is made, RaiseDonors will send an email donation receipt to your donors. You may optionally choose to include a PDF receipt in the donation receipt email.

How to activate PDF receipts
Turning on the PDF receipts is simple.
Go to Account Settings -> Page Options -> Outgoing Emails -> PDF Receipt Attachments
Activating receipts is as easy as flipping the switch from off to on.
Activate PDF receipts per currency
If you have multiple gateways, you have the ability to turn PDF receipts on or off by Payment Provider.
This is helpful if you process gifts in multiple currencies. For example, Canada has specific requirements for PDF receipts. In that scenario, you could enable PDF receipts for all transactions that are processed in Canadian Dollars and customize the receipt as needed.
Download Receipt Templates
The receipt template loaded by default will work perfectly for all your donations. It will auto load your logo, contact information, and all of your donation data.
However, RaiseDonors aims to be as flexible as possible -- and so the template is completely editable!
The template is simply an HTML file. When a donation is placed, the RaiseDonors system converts this HTML template into a PDF.
If you are comfortable editing HTML, you can make any adjustments you'd like.
